She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Ely (Josh) and Curt Ward (Ali); her grandsons, Greyson Ward and Sam Ely; and her siblings, Terri Mastel (Bob) and Paul Martin. She is also survived by niece and three nephews; and several cousins.
