He is survived by: his wife Kathi Arenson; his children, David Mayer (Lindsay), John Mayer (Ilse) and Anne Ross (Ben); his grandchildren, Lilliana, Isabella, Luke, Louis, Hannah and Micah; his sister-in-law Pat Mayer; and his siblings, Floyd Mayer (Karen), Colleen Flores (Jim) and Cindy Beckmann (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
