He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Baker and Eva Baker; his stepmother Edna Baker; his wife Agatha Baker; his son Dale Baker; his sister Vonnie King; his granddaughter Kris Kueneman; his great grandchild Lilly Kueneman; and his stepsiblings, Clare, Dean, Jerome and Sonja Dahlen.

He is survived by: his daughter Eva Fercho (Dean) of Casselton, N. D.; his stepdaughter Jeanette Kueneman (George) of Lander, Wyo.; his significant other Patricia Yaeger of Mesa, Ariz.; his grandchildren, Tracy Frank of West Fargo, N. D., Steven Fercho (Gina) of Duluth, Minn, Daniel Fercho (Johanna Portillo) of Fargo, N. D., Kelsey Smith (Zach) of Fargo, N. D. and G. W. Kueneman of Lander, Wyo.; his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Breckin, Chaz, Amina and Miles; Shelly and Jerry Raucci. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Neathery-Simenson VFW Post 756 (Devils Lake) or Ethos Hospice in Lyle's honor.
