He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carriveau and Genevieve Carriveau (Dyrdahl); his wife Rose; his siblings, Patty, Jeff, John and Mark; and his granddaughter Hailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Jennifer) of Mankato, MN and Neal of Fargo; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kaylynn (Alex), Whitney (Pat), Hannah, Molly and Sophie; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Kennedy; his siblings, Jane, Julie, Tom (Leslie) and Jim (Lori); and his sister-in-law Debbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the West Funeral Home (321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Columbarium. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Faith Journey Columbarium (127 2nd Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078).
