She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin C. Hanson and Edna Hanson (Nelson); her husband Paul Vaagene; her children, Scott, Heidi Schaeffer, Matthew Pladson of West Fargo, ND, Eric Pladson of Hatton, ND and Nathan Vaagene (Niki) of West Fargo; her grandchildren, Amber, Jessica, Connor, Brittany, Kayley, Kaitlynn, Noah and Avery; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Colter, Atticus and Sylvia; and her siblings, Clarence, Vernon and Eileen.

Norine's battle with Alzheimer's/dementia was hard fought.
