With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ryan Waggoner (West Fargo, North Dakota), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ryan left this world on July 20, 2025 at the age of 25, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ryan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his sister Brooklyn Joyce; and his great-grandparents, Shirley Dowdy and Frank Dowdy. He is survived by: his parent Kim Waggoner (Tanner) of West Fargo, ND; his son Cameron Waggoner; his grandparents, Jerald and Kandi Diemert of West Fargo, ND; his uncle Josh Waggoner; and his sister Jaide Chester-Joyce of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center (321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
