He is survived by : his children, Jordyn Starr of West Fargo, ND and Levi Starr of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Dawson Starr and Cora Surerus; and his siblings, Dee Lynn Heisler (Doug), East, Lori Starr of Northwood, ND, Waylan Starr (Ranetta) of Valley City, ND and Chad Starr (Colleen) of Rolla, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
