He is survived by: his spouse Janae Cook; his children, Carla Anderson of Jerome, ID, John Perry (Jaunee) of Houston, TX, Yvonne Tarpenning (Mark) of Boardman, OR, Lance Perry (Janeene) of Dayton, OR, Nolan Perry (Liisa) of Walnut Creek, CA and Janalee Fowler (Brandon) of Salmon, ID; his grandchildren, Sherissa Anderson, Cally Prestwich (Kortney), Greyden Anderson (Autumn), Meagan Kennedy (Ashton), Jessica Anderson, Remington Anderson, Alexia, Sean Perry, Brooke Larsen, Addison Larsen, Benjamin Larsen, Rebecca Miller, Ciarra, Allyssa Perry, Joshua, Cooper, Weston and Wyatt Fowler; his great grandchildren, Paislee, Oaklee, Kash Prestwich, Clay Anderson, Vera, Claire Kennedy and Braylor Larsen; and his sister Nona Miller (Harold). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
