She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nelson (Jack) and Julia Nelson (Linde); her niece Sara Westberg; her husband Lyall; her parents-in-law, Gilbert and Sarah Lindvig; her siblings, Elise Solomonson (Gene), Robert Nelson (Millie), Jeanne Otterness and Ralph Nelson (Jerrie); and her siblings-in-law, Marie, Carl Westberg, Evelyn and Dale Brokaw.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hipp (John), Jack Lindvig (Nettie), Curt Lindvig (Barb) and Jean Lindvig (Scott Shackelford); her grandchildren, Adam Hipp, Jake Hipp (Kelly), Liz Klein (Anthony), Sarah Mikrut (Garrett), John Lindvig, Emily Lindvig-Benson (Marcell), Susanne Kilbrei (Regan), Douglas Carrier (Emily) and Margot Brunelle (Brett); and her sister Virginia Halseth (California). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
