He was predeceased by: his father Florian William Storbakken; his sister Pamela Aaker; his brother-in-law William F. Essary Jr.; his niece Trisha Aaker; and his grandparents, William, Francis Storbakken, Joseph and Mattie Lunski.
He is survived by: his mother Helen Mattie Storbakken (Lunski); his wife Dorothy Jean Simmons; his children, Rachel Allen (Lee) of Everett, WA, Mary Sesso (Steve) of Everett, WA, Naomi Storbakken of Everett, WA and Michael Storbakken (Laura) of Lake Stevens, WA; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Storbakken, Eric Allen, Taylor Marquardt, Alexa Allen, Jacob Sesso, Sydney Sesso, Alexander Sesso and Alyssa Storbakken; and his siblings, Joyce Long (Max), Greg Storbakken (Joan), Shirley Essary, Janice Meyers (Mike), Bradley Storbakken (Shari), Marlene Schultz (Robert) and Brian Storbakken (Sandi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
