He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Mildred DeLong, Ragnar and Dagmar Slaaen; his aunts and uncles, Janet Wade, Susan Miiller, Roland DeLong and Steven DeLong; his cousin Bobbie Miiller; and his friend Jay LePage.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Slaaen and Patricia Slaaen; his daughter Karissa Teske (Andrew); his granddaughters, Grace, Maci and Abby; his daughter Kendra Slaaen; his sister Leah Paulsen (Randy); his niece Kylie Talbot (Zach); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aria, Maverick and Everleigh; his siblings, Kari Caine, Suzie Haga, Mike Anderson and Keith Anderson; his children, Dawn, Travis, Marti, Lonny and Brandee; and his close friends, Dawn Birkeland, Lisa Twete, Ashley Korner, Nicole Ross and Ginger Woodward. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
