He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Resell and Vivian Resell (Masters); his brother Jim; his grandson Bernard; his parents-in-law, Bob and Mary Vennes; and his brother-in-law Bill Vennes.
He is survived by: his wife Angie; his daughter Ashley; his granddaughter Willow Jo; his son-in-law Shawn Wahl; his sister Mary; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Borud, Jerry Vennes, Una Borud and Karen Vennes; and his sibling's children, Margi, Ben, Noah, Latisha, Brandt, Jamie and Colton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services (112 4th St E, Williston, ND 58801). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the YouTube Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home and Cremation Services (112 4th St E, Williston, ND 58801).
