He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce Dale Holden and Lora Marie Heilman; his sister Nichole Sims; his children, Eli, Annie and Anabelle; his girlfriend Hollyanne; his grandmother Bonnie Holden; his siblings, Randy, Brandon Holden and Nicole Sims; his aunts, Jodi Unger (Kelly), Tanya Heilman and Vicki Riedinger (Bruce); his uncle Dennis Holden; his cousins, Travis Schock, Chantel Glatt, Tyler Unger (Carly), Abigail Monahan (Ethan), Katie Heilman, Noah Heilman, Theresa McKendrick (Riley), Craig Holden (Joyce), Heidi Babb (Bryan) and Bryan Riedinger (Jacinta); his grandparents, Leona, Larry Heilman and Donald Holden; and his uncles, Terry and Jeremy Heilman. He was also cherished by his aunts and uncles and his cousins, who were closer to siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that friends and family bring a story or photo of Ryan to his memorial service to be placed in a book for his children to remember him by.
