He was predeceased by: his parents, Heimo Siirtola and Aino Siirtola of Wing, ND.; and his siblings, Linda Dehne, Martha Saari, Hulda Little, Selma Laub, Anna, Felix, Everett, Francis (Frank) and Leonard.

He is survived by: his niece Josephine Braun; and his sister-in-law Clara Siirtola.
