He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Palmer; his children, Kelli, Theresa and Michael; his parents, Cyril Codr and Josephine Codr (Gruntorad); his brother Donald Codr; his parents-in-law, Evelyn Longacre and Joseph Palmer; his stepfather-in-law Ted Longacre; and his brothers-in-law, William Pokorny, Ernest Polivka, Joe Pelan, Dwight Duncan and Tony Kliment.
He is survived by: his son Bernard C. (Laurie); and his sisters, Dorothy Pokorny, Bernice Polivka, Eleanor Pelan, Regina Duncan and Henrietta Kliment. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Peter and Paul Catholic Church (222 Maple St, Abie, NE 68001). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
