She is survived by: her mother Sandra Wilwerding of Omaha; her husband Andrew Johansen of Adams; her children, Anna, Alicia, Audrey and Jake; her sister Diane; her brother-in-law Jerry Plagge of Shawnee; her brother Don; her sister-in-law Angie Wilwerding of Omaha; her sister Julie; her brother-in-law Justin Zetterman of Omaha; her mother-in-law Carol Johansen of Ord; and her siblings-in-law, Carrie and Cary Christenson of North Platte. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Fox Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Adams (623 9th St, Adams, NE 68301). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (8550 Pioneers Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68520).

In lieu of flowers, the Debbie Johansen Memorial Scholarship has been established for graduating seniors in the surrounding area.
