She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard Janssen and Elizabeth Janssen (Waltke); her husband Johann; her son Alan Jurgens; her grandson Nathan Jurgens; and her brothers, Frank (Elsie), William (Katie), Henry (Arene) and Andrew Janssen (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Young (Jim) of Adams and Bruce Jurgens (Connie) of Adams; her daughter-in-law Dianne Jurgens of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Lee Jurgens (Melanie), Justin Jurgens (Eliana), Natalie Fredrickson (Nathan), Nolan Jurgens, Tim Hanley, Jameson Young and Jonathan Young (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Aidan, Kyan, Alex, Lily, Brett, Ella, Luke, Oliver and Evelyn.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fox Funeral Home (623 9th St, Adams, NE 68301).
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Beatrice.
