He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Glenn and Eva Ada Andrews (Barnes); his son Joe E. Andrews; and his sister Bethel Ogier. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his children, Deb Vonheeder, Terry Andrews (Erica), Becky Lucht (Tom), Sheri Gann (Steve) and Kristi Thornburg (Ted); his daughter-in-law Karen Andrews; and his brother Harley Andrews. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, seven step-grandchildren, and 11 step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoch Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM at the same location.
