He is survived by : his wife Sue of Ainsworth; his children, James, Melissa Callaway of New York and Travis; and his sisters, Phyllis Jean Calkins of Louisiana and Joan Jackson of Colorado, Con. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.
