He is survived by: his children, Clint Strand of Austin, TX. and Tory Strand of Winder, GA.; the mother of his children Connie Strand of Grand Island, NE; his siblings, Jeannie Haskell of Valentine, NE, Margaret Ann Sellers of North Platte, NE, Julie Correll (Scott) of North Platte and Dan Strand (Lisa) of Gothenburg, NE.; and his sister-in-law Susan Strand of Hastings, NE.
Memorials may be made to the family in Rusty's name.
