He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Penne and Myrtle Penne (Nott); his wife Norma Jane Aldrich of Michael's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Richard, Donald, Betty Ann Seaman and Shirley Tomlinson.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Dobson (Dan) of Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, Terry Penne (Karen) of Belgrade, Nebraska, Mark Penne of Ord, Nebraska and Chris Condreay (Lynn) of St. Edward, Nebraska; and his brother John Penne of Memphis, Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Levander Funeral Home (1555 S 6th St, Albion, NE 68620). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
