She was predeceased by: her parents, Amel Peterson and Eunice Peterson (Douglass); her husband Harlan Petersen; and her brother-in-law John Buresh. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Linda) of Hemingford, Darrell (Joni) of Lusk, WY, Gary (Cindy) of Cozad and Varun Kohli (Geetu); her grandchildren, Arnav, Lara, Miles Petersen (Bo) of Pinedale, WY, Chelsea Sernett (Matt) of Lincoln, NE, Blaine Petersen (Tori) of Lott, TX., Grady, Adele, Will Petersen, Lexi, Landon Sernett and Briley Petersen; and her siblings, Larry Peterson (Gail) of Imperial, Connie Buresh of Littleton, CO, Gail Fae Wees (Pat) of Boise, ID, Sharon Rogers (C. Dave) of Estes Park, CO and Kathy Riley (Ron) of Lincoln, NE.. She is also survived by sibling on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
