She is survived by: her husband Ronald Pugsley of Alliance; her sons, Richard Caskey of Ohio and Adam Caskey (Julie) of Ohio; and her stepchildren, Dolores Pugsley of Alliance, Roxanne McIntyre (Randy) of Arizona, Ann Ford of Utah and Elain Mendez (Michael) of Arizona. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
