He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Chase and Sandra Chase; and his close friend Laura Zurn. He is survived by: his sons, Geoffrey (Jana) and David (Aki); his sister Cindy Chase; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kazuma, Kotomi and Kiichi.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Brian's Home (412 Laramie Ave, Alliance, NE 69301).
