It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie L. Howell (Alliance, Nebraska), who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dennis and Thelma Viola Sims (Porter); her husband Darrell Lee Howell; her granddaughter Camile Lee Howell; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Elma Howell; and her brother-in-law Gordon Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Alvie Howell (Lynn) of Alliance, Patty Brennan (Michael) of Gillette, WY, Jacki Howell (Tracy Buskirk) of Alliance and Kathy Wright (Dean Rippe) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Lindsay Christen of Cheyenne, WY, Ashley Christen (Jaramie Toedtli) of Alliance, Tyler Howell of Alliance, Elizabeth Smith (Bryant) of Gillette, WY, Christopher Brennan (Elizabeth) of Freeman, MO, James Brennan (Gloria Perez) of Woodland, CA, Jessica Lundy (Shaun) of Alliance, Daniel Moore of Alliance, Jessica Shockley (Jonathan) of Attala, Lennie Rae Wright of Albertville and Cassandra Schreiner (Michael) of Alliance; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd and Pat Howell of Alliance. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
