He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen O'Malley and Gerald Whartman; and his brother Duane Whartman. He is survived by: his wife PJ; his siblings, Jeanne (Hollis) and Paul (Jody); his sons, Aaron (Natalie) and Neil (Kelli); and his grandchildren, Kaydence, Xavier, Quinn and Iris.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bates-Gould Funeral Home (1020 W 10th St, Alliance, NE 69301). A reception will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
