He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Cervantes and Julia Cervantes (Salazar); and his siblings, Andrew, Reynaldo, Jesse Cervantes, Margaret Cervantes and Annie Flores.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Cervantes (Howe); his children, Marcos and Melissa Haas (Lance); his grandson Garrett Haas; and his siblings, Danny Cervantes (Jeannie) of Scottsbluff, NE, Helen Pina, Irene Dominguez of Scottsbluff, NE and Adela Serrano of Miami, FL. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Empowering Families of Scottsbluff or to the Hemingford Volunteer Fire Fighters Association.
