It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph D. Maxey (Alliance, Nebraska), who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Maxey. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Maxey of Savannah, MO; his children, Shawna Colby (James) of Savannah, MO, Jason Maxey of Alliance and Christopher Maxey of Alliance; and his brother Chris Maxey of Flatwoods, LA. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
