He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kosmicki and Cashmiere Kosmicki; and his siblings, Zigmond, Anthony Kosmicki (Tony) and Blanch Galusha.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jenelle Kosmicki (Jeff Howell) of Springfield, MO and Julie (Joe Williams) of Marionville, MO; his grandchildren, Jordan Williams and Amber Lacey of Marionville, MO.; and his siblings, Jerome Kosmicki (Norma) of Grand Island, NE, Don Kosmicki (Karen) of Overland Park, KS, Father Ray Kosmicki of Grand Island, NE, David (Mary), Alice Dirks of Greeley, CO and Bernice Smith of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
