She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Prochazka and Blanche Prochazka (Ustohal); her husband Ted Underwood; her siblings, Richard Prochazka, Eleen Kulas and Dorothy Kulas; and her brother-in-law Joe Kulas.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hauger (Chad) of Alliance, Tom Underwood (Anna) of Alliance and Crystal Buskirk (Bryan) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Lydia Hauger, Colton Buskirk, Jack Underwood, Addy Buskirk, Ben Underwood and Ivy Underwood; her brother Darold Prochazka (Liz) of Alliance; and her brother-in-law Bernard Kulas of Alliance. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bates-Gould Funeral Home (1020 W 10th St, Alliance, NE 69301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bates-Gould Chapel (1020 W 10th St, Alliance, NE 69301).
Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
