She is survived by: her husband Ron Hjlem of Alma; her sons, Daniel Thomas (Theresa) of Parker, Colorado and James Thomas (Laura) of Loveland, Colorado; her stepchildren, Larry Thomas (Betty Ulmer) of Eureka, Valarie Prince (Fred) of Portland, Tennessee, Deborah Schroder (Douglas) of Littleton, Colorado, Bradley Hjelm (Lisa) of Littleton, Ronald Hjelm (Linda) of Denver, Colorado and Donald Hjelm (Bernadette) of Chino Valley, Arizona; her sister Laurie Bendell of Littleton, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Rosella Hjlem of Englewood, Colorado. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Arlene's honor, and kindly suggested to the family, for future designation.
