Jody Malm Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jody Malm of Alma, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dayle Eckwall and Phyllis Eckwall (Shaffer); her husband Bill Malm; her parents-in-law, Charles "Bud" and Phyllis Malm; her siblings-in-law, Janet Lyon (Wayne) and Chuck Meisenbach; her nephew Anthony Shield; and her great-nephews, Rhett Schultz and Hugh Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Corey William of Kearney and Casey Feddersen (Andrew) of Kearney; her grandson William Feddersen; her sisters, Judy Shield (Don) of Lincoln, NE, Kip Johnson (Neil) of Wonder Lake, IL and Teddy Lundberg (Kurt) of York, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Pam Meisenbach of Alma, Tim Malm (Barb) of Holdrege and Tammi Sturgis (Kent) of Holdrege. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial has been established in Jody's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
