He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Haussermann and Helen Haussermann (Rebman); his wife Vera Berlie; and his brothers, Ivan and Alvin.

He is survived by : his children, Lynn (Peggy) of Naponee and Diane White (David) of West Point; his grandchildren, Jason Haussermann (Kim) of Franklin, Brett Haussermann (Brenda) of Naponee, Amanda Genuchi (Reid) of Tecumseh and Jeremy White (Nicole) of West Point; his great grandchildren, Elias Genuchi, Sage, Jackson, Nathan White, Barett, Johanna Haussermann, Bethany Haussermann, Joseph, Dylan Kahrs, Jeralynn Lucht (Dustin) and Erica Smith (Tony); and his great great grandchildren, Max Lucht, DJ and Ashton Smith.
