He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hite and Lorena Hite (Brunson); his son Monte Hite; and his brother Timothy Pfortmiller. He is survived by: his wife Renne I. Cue of Alma; his children, Annette Furby (Terry) of Kearney, Shayne Hite (Penny) of Grant and Loreva Hite of North Platte; and his siblings, Yolanda Moll (Randy), Matthew Pfortmiller and Phillip Pfortmiller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
