It is with sadness that the passing of Theresa A. Dunse of Alma, Nebraska is shared. Theresa, born on December 19, 1952, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George David and June Patricia Weber (Swanson); her in-laws, Phillip and Marie Dunse; and her siblings-in-law, Ed Frerichs, Dave Repenning, Maynard Dunse, Isla, Leon Kreiner, Phyllis and Bob Osterlund.
She is survived by: her friend Suzanne; her sons, Brent Dunse (Dawn Hetrick) of Huntley, Nebraska, Nate Dunse of Republican City, Travis Dunse (Gina) of Alma and Michael Dunse (Amanda) of Huntley; her former husband Gary Dunse of Huntley; her daughter-in-law Dena Dunse; her grandchildren, Josa, Ava, Gavin, Ian, Sophia, Michael, Jocelyn and Kaydense; her sisters, Georgia Frerichs of Arizona, Virginia Repenning of Montana, Norma Hays (Allen) of Oxford, Sharon Talbert (Bill) of Heartwell, Nebraska, Janice Weber of Beaver City, Nebraska and Gloria Nelson (Marvin) of Holdrege; and her in-laws, Roberta Dunse of Minden, Nebraska, Allen Dunse (Missy) of Florida and Rhonda Cope (Glen) of Missouri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bauer-Torrey & Mach Funeral Home - Alma (404 John St, Alma, NE 68920). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alma Cemetery.
