She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Holland and Anna Holland; her husband Grant Schnase; her children, Linda Barta (Tom) and Gerald Schnase; her grandson Jason Samples; her great grandchild Cinch Barta; and her siblings, Gerald, Calven, Arthur, Betty, Don, Bernice and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Merna Snell (Carl) of Chappel, Kathy Schnase (Gilbert Mendoza) of Minatare, NE, Rose Samples of Ansley, Grant "Gene" Schnase of Broken Bow, Helen Linder (Mark) of Stevens Point, WI, Julie Wells (Brad) of Palmer, Billy Schnase (Teresa) of Grand Island, Eldon Schnase of Broken Bow and Lori Rehbein (Randy) of Hayes Center; her brother Richard Holland of Leavenworth, KS; and her daughter-in-law Sue Schnase of Torrington, WY. She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chrisian Church (821 Douglas St, Ansley, NE 68814). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Ansley Fire and Rescue.
