She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Purcell and Mary Purcell (Witzke); her son Merle Holling; and her sisters, Shirley Bowman and Catherine Cook.
She is survived by : her daughter Kathy Hilgenkamp (Milton) of Arlington; and her daughter-in-law Judi Holling of Arlington. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
