He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Gnuse and Elsie Gnuse (Hagerbaumer); his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Becky Gnuse. He is survived by : his close friend Jean Lemke of Ralston, NE; his brother Arlen Gnuse (Marjorie) of Fremont; his nieces, Lori Essen (Brian) of Fremont, NE, Sheryl Stork (Dan) of York, NE and Dani Hutchinson of Fremont, NE; and his nephew Trevor Gnuse of Arlington.
