He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Wayne and Vivian Salisbury (Merritt). He is survived by: his wife Debra of Arnold; his children, Tanya Redden (Tyler) of Imperial, Melissa Salisbury of North Platte, Josh Salisbury of Omaha and Brandon Salisbury (Michelle) of Aurora; his stepchildren, Justin Beans (Angelo) of Boston, MA and Lisa Duwe (Alex) of Akron, Ohio; his sister Patricia Ann Guzis of North Liberty, Iowa; his nieces, Marci Gubbels (Tim) of Waverly, NE and Kristi Fleischmann (Peter) of Iowa City, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Eckhoff, Barb Hird, Linda Minnick, Diane Martenson (Jim) and Mike Eckhoff (Nancy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, numerous cousins and several great nephews and a great niece.
