He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Eldon Kramer and Twila Mae Kramer (Hiner); and his brothers, Norman Kramer and Terry Kramer. He is survived by: his siblings, Chet (Danelle Drews) of Lemoyne and Joy Swanson (Allen) of Arthur; his sister-in-law Lexie Cone (Bob) of Ogallala; and his aunt Maxine Kramer of Arthur. He is also survived by his many loved Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.

A memorial has been established for the Arthur Baptist Church.
