She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Keithley and Mary Keithley (Mick); her husband Henry Dobrovolny; her daughter Michelle; her siblings, Floyd Keithley (Dolores), Tuffy Keithley (Irma), Dutch Keithley (Helen), Bill Keithley (Ruby) and Bonnie Keithley; her brother-in-law Chet Rockford; Orville Keithley.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Beth; and her sister Alvina Rockford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
