He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Kroese (Doeschot); his daughter-in-law Shawntell Kroese (Hurtgen); his children, Kase Kroese (Alison), Angela Morrison (Matthew), Zachary Kroese, Rebecca Revis (Ryan), Deborah Fahrnbruch (Dusty), Hannah Jessen (Jon), Abigail Harris (Joseph) and Gretchen Haer (William); his grandchildren, Ellie French, Reese Pichler, Hadley Kroese, Landon Kroese, Jenavieve Kroese, Andrew Kroese, Collin Morrison, Isaiah Kroese, Jackson Kroese, Jonathan Kroese, Olivia Cook, McKenna Revis, Gwyneth Revis, Silas Revis, Celia Revis, Eva Fahrnbruch, Addison Fahrbruch, Vivienne Fahrnbruch, Rhett Fahrnbruch, Nolan Jessen, Isabelle Jessen, Caroline Jessen, Caleb Jessen, Peter Jessen, Dashle Harris, Spencer Harris, Hendrik Harris, Kruse E. Haer and Opal Haer; and his great grandchildren, Henry Kroese, Sutton Kroese and Archer French.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Pella Cemetery (26201 S 162nd St, Adams, NE 68301). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Lincoln Berean Church (6400 S 70th St, Lincoln, NE 68516).
