It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Benjamin (Auburn, Nebraska), born in Waverly, Iowa, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sondra Sue Waddell; his parents, Joseph and Freda; and his siblings, Diane and Charles "Chuck".
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Hayes (John); his grandson Aiden of Auburn; his sister Sharon Hann (Bruce) of Denver, CO; his cousin Robert "Bob" Hilburn (Melanie) of Huntsville, TX; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Erskine of Creston, IA and Gary Waddell (Suzanne) of Henderson, NV; his close friend Linda Kalina of Table Rock; and his nephew Abby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
