It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd W. Reeves of Auburn, Nebraska, who passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Floyd W. Reeves to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Reeves and Nellie Reeves (Parker); his wife Shirley Philpot Turner; his son Kurt; his siblings, Pearl McMann, Beuhlah Williamson, Viva Anderson, Lillian Anderson, Sylvia Hutton, Delbert Reeves and Lloyd Reeves (Clinton Reeves); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Turner, James Turner, Alvin Turner, Wendell Turner and Lester Turner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Jones (Jeff) of Auburn and Kristen Allison (Patrick) of Elkhorn, NE.; his grandchildren, Jacelyn, Kacynn Jones, Bryce and Brooklyn Allison; his sisters, Panzy Adams and Lula Mae Ruby; and his sister-in-law Carol Attebery.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE.
