She is survived by: her daughters, Denise R. Irwin of Lincoln, NE and Shela K. (Tom Moss) of Creston, IA.; her granddaughters, Rachelle Matos (Orlando) of Parrish, FL and Danelle Ohnmacht of Peoria, AZ.; and her great grandchild Zuleyka Matos.
