We bid farewell to Michael Kort of Auburn, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 16, 2025 at the age of 75. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Carl and Elna Jesse Kort (Van Boening); his brother Dennis Kort (Linda); and his sister-in-law Marge Kort. He is survived by: his significant other Debra Lynn Esser of Auburn, NE; his siblings, Linda Crum of Hastings, NE, David Kort of Blue Hill, NE, Sueann Kort of Hastings, NE, Joette Stevens (Pat) of Campbell, NE and Jeannette Fast (Marvin) of Hastings, NE; and his pet Squirt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
