He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moody and Helen Moody (Mastin). He is survived by: his wife Linda Moody; his children, Lisa Hale (Mick) and Brian Moody (Sara); his grandchildren, Jordan Hale (Danielle), Katie Hale, Elizabeth Hale, Trace Moody (Elaina), Kellen Moody and Burke Moody; his great grandchildren, Jay and Jude Hale; and his brothers, Michael Moody and Joe Moody (Connie). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1322 19th St, Auburn, NE 68305).
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
