He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Marlatt and Anna Marlatt (Sanders); his wife Jeanette Cornelius; his son Randy Marlatt; and his sister Joan Heinzeman.

He is survived by : his daughter Teresa Otto (Jay) of Omaha; his grandchild Jaycee Otto; his son Rob Marlatt (Laurel) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Aaron and Ryan; his daughter-in-law Sue Marlatt of Murdock; his grandsons-in-law, Caleb and Tyler Marlatt; and his sister Reva Zlomke. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
