He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Carlson and Carrie Carlson (Van Wormer); and his siblings, Gloria Christian, Donna Taylor, Eugene Carlson (Red) and Carolyn Wolff.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma (Wolff); his children, Kim Schaffert (Buck), Tim Carlson (Terri), Jana Luthy (Greg), Cara Penner (Rick) and Jenny Forker (DM); and his sister Noni Troester. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Memorial may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
