She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Henk and Janice Henk (Hoffman); her sisters, Gail Graham (Henk) of Hastings and Lisa Henk of Kearney; and her mother-in-law Betty Thompson of Grand Island.
She is survived by: her husband Allen H. Thompson of Aurora; her brother-in-law Rodney Graham of Hastings; her nephew Joseph R. Graham of Hastings; her great-niece Essence Lynn Graham of Hastings; her siblings-in-law, Corena Hinze (Kenneth) of Albion, Donna Thompson of Omaha and Buddy Thompson (Lori) of Poole; and her brother Keith Erlenbusch (Sara) of Aurora.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Higby-McQuiston Mortuary (1404 L St, Aurora, NE 68818). She was forced to retire in 2020 before the pandemic due to that health history and because of the health history, Jacy made the decision to donate her body to science at UNMC.
Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
